We’ve been on the verge of falling asleep, and now we’re still reeling.
We’re still wondering how it all happened and what we’ll be doing with our lives the next three months.
But as we write this, the Olympics are happening and the games themselves are not done.
The Olympic Games are a big deal.
They’ve got all these people, they’ve got huge money, and they’re all coming to an Olympic village.
They’re all going to get together, and it’s going to be amazing.
But the thing about the Olympics is they’re a big, scary thing that will never be completely out of the equation.
The Games are so big that there are only so many people who can actually watch them.
Even the best athletes get tired of watching a game they don’t know anything about.
But it’s hard to lose sight of the fact that there is a massive, very powerful, international audience out there who will be watching.
The Olympics have become a huge part of our lives, and the athletes have a chance to make history.
They have a shot to be the best they can be.
The people who will watch the games will have to be in awe of them, too.
So the Olympics have evolved into something bigger than the sum of its parts.
We’ve become accustomed to it as a routine.
We don’t have to deal with the Olympics as anything other than a part of daily life.
We forget the things we used to be able to do to get through it, and we forget the fun of being part of something bigger.
So we’ve got to take the Olympics with a grain of salt.
The biggest threat to the Olympics I’ve encountered in my years covering the games has been a certain type of fan.
He or she is a dedicated athlete who really wants to see the Games happen.
They want to see their favorite athlete win gold, or maybe even win a medal.
They get really attached to their favorite team, and that’s something we’ve all had to learn to accept, or accept with some reluctance.
We accept it when we see the names on the medal stands.
But sometimes we get too attached and lose sight that the games are about something more.
We lose sight how many people are watching the games and how many millions of dollars are at stake.
We need to start treating the games like something more, and not just a place to watch sports, but as a cultural and entertainment phenomenon.
It can’t be about the Games themselves.
We can’t forget that the Olympics represent an opportunity to bring people together.
There’s something to be said for the way that the Games make it possible for people to be more together.
But we need to remember that there’s also something to come back to when we talk about the games, too, even if that something is a little bit more mundane.
The first thing that I’ve noticed is that the people I work with who are passionate about the Olympic games are the people who get most into them, the people most invested in the Olympics.
The athletes themselves are usually the people least interested in them, but that’s no different from the rest of us.
There are a lot of people who have no interest in the games at all.
So, the next time we hear the phrase “the Olympics will never die,” keep in mind that it’s not really true.
We still have a lot to be proud of.
The games will continue to grow, and our lives will be enriched.
The fact that we have so many fans is part of the reason that the game will continue.
But there’s no reason we can’t have a healthy conversation about the things that matter to us most.
It’s true that there will always be people who feel differently about the event, and even those people will want to support the athletes they see winning medals.
But for the most part, those people are going to continue to be there.
As long as we’re focusing on the things people are passionate and passionate about, and taking them seriously, the games can continue to thrive.
We won’t lose sight on what’s really important in life.
That’s the most important thing.
